Hypnotherapy is the application of hypnotic techniques to help the sub-conscious uncover and free possible causes of troubles. All hypnotherapy employs hypnosis; but not all hypnosis is hypnotherapy.

The hypnotheraphy is helpful to relieve you from anxiety. It is about you having more control of your own mind, so clients are the ones who has control. Nothing will be said to you under hypnosis that is not for your benefit, but if you did not agree with anything your mind would just reject it. Hypnotheraphy is a natural and safe treatment.

The practitioner may induce a deep level of trance in a relatively brief time without ever using the term hypnosis. Even though the subject has not explicitly consented to be hypnotized, however, his relationship to the hypnotist, here a man of reputation and prestige is one of trust and confidence, of justifiably anticipated help.

The person who does hypnotheraphy is called a hypnotherapist. They are guide who uses words, guided imagery and beneficial mental suggestions. The client’s job is to do the changing. The hypnotherapist is a guide to help you find the causes of problems and to, eventually, help you overcome them. They are trained to create sessions that are very individualistic for each patient so that the person can achieve positive results.

The hypnotherapist is a facilitator who keeps the client focused on the intention or goal while guiding him or her through the transformative process. Anyone who can concentrate and follow simple directions can get results through hypnosis. The hypnotherapist is able to guide the client into a state of deep relaxation, and suggest scenarios to him or her, so long as the client is willing to follow instructions. All throughout the process, the client is fully conscious and aware of what is happening, and can emerge out of it at any time.

Chantal says: It is a matter of trust as the client and the hypnotherapist has to work together. The Hypnotherapy can transform your life by lifting the blocks that keep you from moving forward.
